A brow lift can also be known as a forehead lift. It decreases and minimizes the creases that appear in your forehead and over the bridge of your nose. A brow lift can improve frown lines and can reposition a brow that is sagging lower than normal. A brow lift, however, will not remove frown lines or crow's feet.
The Procedure
The surgeon marks the locations on the face, and then uses a syringe filled with a solution to inject it in the face through a small saline needle. The pain is minimal and can be avoided by cooling the skin prior to the procedure. There is no local anesthetic that is required for a brow lift, and the patient can return to normal activities right away. Each treatment can take about 15 minutes and for the effect to start showing, and it can take 3 to 4 days and up to 10 days to get the full effect.
