Recovery after a Thigh Lift

Patients will typically remain in the hospital for 1 to 2 days following the surgery, although the surgery is occasionally done on an out-patient basis. Following release from the hospital, full recovery from a thigh lift will typically take a maximum of 2 months. However, most patients return to most of their regular activities, excluding strenuous exercise, after about 2 weeks.
