Celebrity Plastic Surgery Galleries: Turn On or Turn Off?

BritneyPink_800x962.jpg

When you get plastic surgery, you want people to think that you look fabulous. You don’t particularly want people to remember what you looked like before the surgery; you just want them to see the new you. But when it comes to celebrity plastic surgery, people have a strong interest in seeing the before and after. They want to know that someone who looks so stunning now didn’t always look that way. That explains the popularity of online plastic surgery galleries depicting the before and after of the appearances of the stars.

They probably want to be seen as just the new version of themselves as well but this isn’t so easy for them since there are pictures out there documenting all of the changes. How do you feel about such documentation in your own life? Is there a part of you that wants people to see you pre-plastic surgery to confirm what a great thing it is for your life? Or do you want to bury those pictures as much as many of the celebrities probably wish that they could bury theirs, starting over with the new look?
