Madonna on Plastic Surgery

People have often speculated about what kind of plastic surgery Madonna may have gotten over the years. After all, this is a woman who definitely doesn't look her age. However, Madonna isn't one to nip and tell.

In a recent People.com report, Madonna gave a terrific quote summing up her feelings on the subject:

"I'm not against plastic surgery, I'm just against discussing it."

When it boils down to it, the reality of plastic surgery is that it's nobody's business besides yours and your surgeon's. If it's something that you're happy to talk about, by all means go for it since it's not a taboo subject at all. However, just because you get some work done doesn't mean the whole world has the right to know what you did at the doctor's office.
