Celebrity Plastic Surgery: Madonna

If you read celebrity gossip news and celebrity plastic surgery news, then you probably already know that there is one celebrity that has been attacked with rumors about plastic surgery more than the rest of them have this year. Madonna, who long insisted that she didn't have to do anything but eat right and exercise to maintain her natural good looks has been the woman at the center of numerous plastic surgery rumors in 2008.

Very few of the reports actually seem to have any inside information on whether or not Madonna is getting plastic surgery done or what procedures she's using. Some say that she's sticking to just dermal fillers and other non-invasive procedures to enhance the areas of her body that have always looked great (such as her cheeks and cheekbones). Others say that she's getting more invasive surgery done. Still others say to leave her alone; she just doesn't look quite the same right now because she's going through a tough time.
