There is a nineteent-year-old girl in Russia named Anna Ivanov who has regularly been told that she looks like Paris Hilton. Taking the news to heart, she has gone to a plastic surgeon with the request that she be made over specifically to look exactly like the socialite superstar. The doctor has agreed to go ahead and perform the procedures that Ivanov is seeking so that the girl can look more like Paris than she did before.
Apparently Ivanov looked enough like Paris Hilton that she didn't have to do a whole lot of work before she could be made to look more like her. A breast enlargement, a waist reduction and a lip augmentation were the procedures that were done to increase the likeness between the two women. It will take about two months for Ivanov's body to heal and for her to see whether or not the surgery was truly successful in making her look exactly like Paris Hilton.
As a rule, most surgeons would not consider doing a plastic surgery procedure like this. There is no guarantee that you will come out looking like the celebrity that you seek to mirror. Additionally, there is some concern that the desire to look exactly like someone else reflects an emotional instability which makes plastic surgery unwise.
