Many men (and some women, of course) want to get a more muscular appearance to their body. What a large percentage of these people don't want to have to do is to spend a lot of time at the gym trying to get those muscles. One solution? Plastic surgery.
Awful Plastic Surgery points out that a skilled doctor could put silicon implants into the biceps to give them the appearance of being more muscular than they naturally are. The patient looks like a bodybuilder without having to actually go lift weights at the gym.
Those people who don't want to go so far as to get bicep implants could consider simply getting an arm reduction. This is a plastic surgery procedure that eliminates the fat and loose skin from the arms. This doesn't necessarily define the muscle but it helps get that stuff out of the way so that it's easier to sculpt the arm through moderate exercise.
Question of the Day: What other plastic surgery procedures could be used to make you look more muscular than you already are?
