She had a full sex reassignment surgery before she was even eighteen and has succeeded in getting attention as a model and muse from the fashion and acting worlds over the years.

Lepore has had a variety of different plastic surgery procedures over the years, all designed to make her look more like a woman and more like a woman who is really hot.
