Even in the midst of the global economic crisis, plastic surgery consumers are still undergoing anti-aging and enhancing procedures. However, rather than going under the knife many are opting for non-invasive procedures. Most of which are more temporary and far more economically viable. The industry is still booming, rather aiming at a different avenue. Plastic surgeons are tailoring their clinics and advertising on procedures like Fraxel, Smart Lipo and a sundry of other non-surgical procedures.
Fraxel has gained much notoriety in the recent weeks with baby-booming men and women lining up for pseudo face lifts. The process is considerably less painful, recovery is easy and cost is less than surgical face lifts. As the economy dwindles, the plastic market is shifting as well. So plastic surgeons need not fret, hordes of plastic crazies are still dishing out thousands for procedures.
