What is VelaSmooth?
VelaSmooth is a class II medical device, which provides ELOS combined energy using Bipolar Radio Frequency and Infrared Light in order to re-contour problem areas of the body to reduce cellulite. Studies have shown that both men and women are affected by cellulite, but typically more than 80% of women over the age of twenty are most afflicted with the problem.
How does VelaSmooth treatment work?
Velasmooth treatment is a combination of heat energy that is delivered topically onto the skin and radiates into the dermal tissue so that fat becomes mobilized allowing for the repositioning of collagen causing a smoother and more supple skin appearance. While Velasmooth heat treats the inner dermal layers of the skin, a vacuum action provides a deep tissue massage, which assists in the redistribution of fatty tissue.
