Physician's Background

Beverly Hills Cosmetic Surgeon, Doctor Glenn Vallecillos is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Son of Spanish immigrants and born and raised in Los Angeles, he is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles.

Doctor Vallecillos completed his clinical training at St. Bartholomew's and the Royal London Medical College in London, UK, before returning to the states to complete his residency training.

Doctor Vallecillos completed his general surgery training at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan in affiliation with the University of Michigan Medical Center. He later graduated from Providence & St. John's Medical Center with fellowship training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Doctor Vallecillos has a comprehensive practice breadth spanning all areas of cosmetic, plastic and reconstructive surgery. His foci of interest include full facial volumetric rejuvenation, breast revision, and liposuction revision. He is an expert on Fraxel and Lumenis fractional laser skin resurfacing, having personally performed over 1500 fractional laser procedures. He utilizes concomitant proprietary skin rejuvenation techniques, utilizing collagen induction therapy (C.I.T.) to address and diminish the stigmata of photo-aging, rhytidosis, and stretch marks.

Doctor Vallecillos is an active speaker locally, nationally and internationally, sharing his expertise in several areas of cosmetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgery. He has contributed to dozens of scientific publications. He is a contributing author for the European Journal of Plastic Surgery.

Doctor Vallecillos serves as a faculty member at Scientiae, providing advanced facial aesthetic continuing medical education training for physicians and surgeons throughout the country. He has trained hundreds of surgeons, physicians assistants and nurses nationwide in advanced facial aesthetic procedures. Doctor Vallecillos is considered a world-class expert in non-invasive facial rejuvenation techniques.

In 2009, Doctor Vallecillos developed and launched PlasticSurgeryConsulting.com, an educational service offering clinical training in all facets of cosmetic surgery to physicians and nurses worldwide. Doctor Vallecillos is a clinical investigator for Mentor Corporation, and Allergan Inc. and is the Chief Treating Investigator for Coapt Systems Novielle Injectable Filler Study.
