Our knowledge and experience is time honored. In practice since 1985, our surgeons have a combined total of more than 80 years of experience treating vascular diseases. Our surgeons are specifically educated and trained to assess, diagnose, educate and treat patients with venous problems.
William R. Finkelmeier, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Finkelmeier has been in practice since 1989. After graduating from the University of Cincinnati in 1979, Dr. Finkelmeier earned his medical degree in 1982 at Ohio State University. He then completed an internship in general surgery in 1983 and a residency in general surgery in 1988 at Ohio State University. Dr. Finkelmeier accomplished a fellowship in vascular surgery in 1989 at Ohio State University.Randy J. Irwin, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Irwin has been in practice since July 2000. Dr. Irwin graduated from the University of New Mexico in 1989. He then earned his medical degree in 1993 from The Ohio State University. Dr. Irwin completed his general surgery residency at the University of Oklahoma in 1999.
Richard W. Chitwood, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Chitwood has been in practice since 1996. Since graduating Magna Cum Laude from Ball State University in 1994, Dr. Chitwood earned his medical degree from Indiana School of Medicine. Dr. Chitwood completed his general surgery internship in 1989 and his residency in 1994 at St. Joseph Hospital, Ann Arbor, Michigan. In 1996, he completed his vascular surgery fellowship at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, Michigan. Dr. Chitwood is board-certified in both general and vascular surgery by the American Board of Surgery.
Dr. Chitwood and his wife enjoy spending time attending their children's various sports interests.
A. Joel Feldman, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Feldman has been in practice since 1980. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from Dartmouth College in New Hampshire in 1970. He completed his general surgery residency in 1979, and followed a year later with a fellowship in vascular surgery, both from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. Dr. Feldman is board-certified by The American Board of General and Vascular Surgery.
