G Spot Enhancement

G Spot Overview:
What is it?

The G-Spot is an erogenous zone located on the upper wall of the vagina approximately 1/3 of the distance from the vaginal entrance to the cervix. When stimulated, it is considered responsible for triggering vaginal orgasms.

In the 1970s, research demonstrated that female ejaculate contains cells lining the zone corresponding to the G spot. This “spot” possesses its own neurological circuit and responds independently to erotic stimuli The dissection of female cadavers in the 1980s and the work of Milan Zaviacic (1999) shed more light on the histology of this tissue, its anatomical relations and its physiological function. Commonly referred to as the G-Spot, female sexuality research has shown that the female urethra, the distal vaginal wall and the erectile tissue of the zone corresponding to the G spot form a functional unit of the superficial (urogenital) perineum essential for female sexual pleasure.

Female sexual desire and pleasure depend on many factors. The sex life of women is marked by numerous turbulent periods due to changes associated with reproduction, hormonal rhythms and aging. Historically, women with sexual dysfunctions have been treated using behavioral and psychodynamic methods. Today, findings about female anatomy as it relates to sexuality have broadened treatment options. Given recent findings, modern medicine has reconsidered female sexual dysfunction and now takes into account anatomical modifications to the urogenital area that are linked to the aging of supporting connective tissues.

The G-Spot Orgasm

Researchers recording the contractions of the pelvic muscles during sexual stimulation of the clitoris and G spot clearly show that there are two types of orgasm: a clitoral orgasm and a “urethral or prostatic” orgasm emanating from ‘the G-Spot’. While clitoral orgasms have been the subject of research, “G-Spot” vaginal orgasms are less so, mainly because research has neglected to focus on this part of female anatomy that is likely to change over a woman’s lifetime

Factors that influence G Spot performance:
Age, smoking, pregnancy and childbirth

G Spot Amplification:

The technique is known as the G-Shot, short for G-Spot Amplification, because the physician injects FDA approved human engineered collagen or the injectable filler Restylane into the G-spot to make it larger. The technique re-inflates, re-hydrates, tightens and tones the connective zone containing the periurethral cells in the vagina. Injection of a filler material makes the area more accessible during sexual play. The procedure, intended for sexually active women with normal sexual functioning, has been shown to result in enhanced sexual arousal and gratification.

G-Spot Amplification was invented and developed by a Los Angeles gynecologist David Matlock, MD, MBA, FACOG. In a pilot study, 87% of women surveyed after receiving the G-Shot reported enhanced sexual arousal/gratification. Results vary.

Procedure:
This procedure is performed using topical anesthesia and involves injection of filler materials which are identical to those placed into the face. The procedure is simple with minimum pain involved.. It can be performed on an outpatient basis but should be carried out under local anesthesia by a physician. With the patient in the gynecological position, an Intradermal injection of 3 ml of filler is injected into the sub- and periurethral region commonly called the G Spot. The procedure takes about 15 minutes to perform and lasts 4-9 months. Results vary.
Recommended follow up is 3 days. A complete medical history is required due to medical conditions, including allergies, which are not compatible with collagen injections.
