Penis Enlargement Surgery

The size of the penis has been the subject of both men and women since the beginning of time. The penis is attached to the undersurface of the pubic bone and one third to one half of the penis is inside the body. In order to lengthen the penis, the fundiform ligament and the suspensory ligament that attaches the 2 erectile bodies to the pubic bone is released. The function of the suspensory ligament is to arch the penis under the pubic bone, by releasing this ligament the penis extends on a much straighter path, to provide a more functional length.

The penile length gain in the flaccid state is 1 inch, with some men gaining up to 2 inches. However, there is not really a big length gain in the erect state.
