The Procedure

Next, your surgeon will make a small incision just beneath your chin, through this opening more fat will be removed and this is also where your neck muscles will be tightened. The laser is then placed just inside the incision below the chin, which allows for the tightening of the skin. The laser is also used to treat the surface of the neck skin - further tightening this area and removing wrinkles.

You will need to wear a dressing for two to three days following your procedure and you can usually restart your normal, non-strenuous activities within 3 days.
