This procedure can be completed with either twilight or general anesthesia and it is considered an outpatient surgery. Your cosmetic surgeon will mark your thighs while you are standing up. Your skin is pinched and lifted towards the groin. Your doctor will decide how much skin should be eliminated. Recovery
