Can anything be done for Labia spreading after medial thigh lift?

I had a medial thigh lift (big mistake) and asked prior to the surgery about labia spreading. The Dr. said he has not seen that and that he cuts far enough away to avoid that. Well, it happened. I'm 65 and want to know if anything can be done.
