If you have already had Lapband surgery is it safe to have Laser Liposuction?

I have had the lapband for about 2 years now and I am interested in having laser liposuction of my upper and lower stomach. Will this damage the Lapband? I have lost weight and have a pouch on my stomach I have not been able to loose.
