Is undergoing Male Breast Reduction an option after going through Hormone Therapy for prostate cancer?

I have had Hormone Therapy and Radiation for Prostate Cancer. Could my painful, enlarged breast be caused by one of these treatments? Cancer is gone, However I feel a lump in the painful area of my left breast, and my right breast is becoming sore.
