Is Vein Wave safe for someone who is on blood thiners?

I had my spider vains done several years ago. Over time I have several more spider vains appear. I was put on Warfarin for Atril Fib. Which has been under control for the last 4 years. Is Veinwave safe for someone like me that is on blood thiners?
