Labiaplasty gone wrong and no one will help me, in so much pain!

I had surgery 6 days ago. 3 days ago my stitches busted on one side and became infected. I went in to the doc office and was given antibiotics and told by a nurse to just soak in water and let heal. Other side busted today. Is this normal? Help me please.
