My upper lip is still swollen 10 months after a Restylane injection, what's the best way to get rid of it?

I think it was badly injected, the syringe snaped during injection, could this have caused the filler to go above my lip line. its quite lumpy on the lip too. Should I get enzyme injection to break down the residual filler?
