VNUS closure fast was performed on the superficial system, but found out the deep system is busted. What are my options now?

I underwent Venus closure fast on my left GSV from SF junction to the just below the knee, (senior vascular surgeon did it) and foam sclerotheraphy on some of the veins on the back of my thighs. My varicose veins were only visible back of my thighs.
